Article 257 of the Constitution re-specifically to Jammu and Kashmir.According to the Article when the people of Jammu and Kashmir accede to Pakistan then:
- They shall become citizen of independent Kashmir
- Kashmir shall become a province of Pakistan
- People of Kashmir Shall determine the relationship between State and Pakistan
- Kashmir shall become an autonomous region
